1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the Home AI Redesign application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Application following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on your device for your personal use, subject to these terms and conditions. This license does not permit you to: (a) copy or modify the Application; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile the Application; (c) remove any proprietary notices or labels; (d) transfer or sublicense the Application; or (e) use the Application for commercial purposes.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans: Home AI Redesign offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the subscription fee on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Application settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Price Changes:We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal date. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription.

4. AI Image Generation

Service Description:The Application includes AI-powered image generation capabilities that create home redesign suggestions based on your input. These features are provided "as is" without warranty.

Third-Party Services:AI image generation is powered by third-party AI service providers. Your images and design parameters will be transmitted to these providers' servers when you request generation. You acknowledge and consent to this transmission.

Usage Rights: You retain ownership of your original input images. Generated redesign suggestions are provided for your personal use. You may modify and use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Responsible Use: You agree not to use the AI generation feature for illegal purposes, to generate inappropriate content, or to violate any intellectual property rights. Generated content that violates these terms may result in suspension of your account.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the original images you input into the Application. You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the right to use any images you provide.

Application Ownership: The Application, including all its features, functionality, design, and interface, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Generated Content: Generated redesign suggestions are derivative works created using our AI technology. You may use these for personal reference and inspiration, but may not redistribute them as your own original work or use them commercially without express permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

As-Is Basis:The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated redesign suggestions. Generated designs are suggestions only and may not be suitable for your specific space or preferences.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

Total Liability Cap: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover source code
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Application

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your subscription will end and you will lose access to paid features.

You may terminate your subscription at any time through the Application or by contacting support.

9. Changes to the Application

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Application or any features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application.

10. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge. We will review your claim and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
